Everything DiSC® Workplace

Everyone is working remotely, motivation is lacking yet you can’t bring anyone together for classroom training. Introducing our new Everything DiSC Workplace Virtual Workshops. Send your employees to this virtual workshop (two 1 ½ hour sessions) to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace.

In these 90-minute sessions, participants will dig deep in their 20-page personalized Everything DiSC Workplace assessment. Participants will learn specific, practical strategies for adapting to others in both in-person or virtual environments, enhancing the productivity and performance of all. With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace.

Outcomes:

• Learn about the DiSC model and the Everything DiSC Workplace Map
• Understand priorities and motivators that drive you and others in the workplace
• Recognize stressors of your teammates even when you can’t read their body language
• Tailor your virtual conversations and meetings using the language of DiSC
• Engage with different styles and receive feedback for working with your manager and teammates

Audience: Any person in the organization—regardless of title or position, department or function that wants to connect better with the people they work with OR any in-house trainer that wants to see how this program can be offered virtually.

Cost: $199/person. If you don’t have credits in your EPIC account or do not already have a workplace profile, there is an additional DiSC report cost.
