Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. You now have two choices; Online or In-Person.

Online Option

Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

This program includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four-week period
  • Practice facilitating with small virtual groups and exploring challenging scenarios that can occur when conducting DiSC sessions
  • Active knowledge checks to help you assess how well your participants understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Tips to keep DiSC alive in your organization with Myeverythingdisc.com, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

    Live Sessions each Thursday  From 9:00-10:30 am CT

In-Person Option

During the 2-day live session, you will gain confidence and expertise as you practice and receive feedback on your DiSC facilitation and coaching skills.

This program includes:

  • Online coursework, culminating in two days of practical application in the live classroom
  • Practical experience through application to real-world scenarios including proven methods to address difficult DiSC questions
  • Practice facilitating, debriefing individuals and coaching using the Everything DiSC Workplace suite of reports
  • Strategies to help your organization speak a common language with DiSC including Myeverythingdisc.com, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal
  • Completion of the final Certification exam (graded activity)

In-Person Dates Available ( Two days of live facilitated learning in Minneapolis)

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Facilitator Accreditation

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you hone your skills as a facilitator of this unique program. You will gain expertise in using the model and accompanying course material, earning the credential of a Five Behaviors™ Accredited Facilitator.

  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions

  • Pre-work starting April 23, 2019 – Five, 90-minute live virtual-classroom sessions scheduled for Tuesdays at 2:00-3:30 PM CT on these dates: April 30, and May 7, 14,21,28.

Renewal

Accreditation is valid for two years, at which point you have the option to become permanently re-accredited.

The Five Behaviors Facilitator Re-Accreditation course is available for Five Behaviors™ Accredited Facilitators whose two-year credential is about to expire. Getting re-accredited allows you to gain permanent status as an Accredited Facilitator and expand your expertise, focusing on ways to help teams get the most out of their Five Behaviors experience.
