DiSC® Train-the-Trainer

This program is designed for the learning development professional that wants to gain the expertise to administer their own company-wide DiSC programs. Trainers begin by attending an Everything DiSC training session as a participant. This allows trainers to better anticipate audience questions and see firsthand the flow of the session. Then trainers participate in a customized program giving them the necessary knowledge and confidence to facilitate on their own. Topics include learning the background and research behind DiSC, matching the right Everything DiSC solution to the organization’s need, customizing handouts and learning activities and discovering coaching applications for workplace leaders.
